Sheriff’s Deputies to Check Condition and Installation of Car Seats

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces his office will be hosting a free car seat inspection Saturday, January 26, from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. at the Springville Fire Hall located at 405 West Main Street, Springville.  

Sheriff’s Office certified car seat technicians will inspect car seats for any damage or faulty mechanisms as well as the seat’s installation. 

The fire company has generously made the truck bays available, and all inspections will occur in a heated garage.  The event is a free service offered by Sheriff Howard and the Erie County Sheriff’s Office. 

Sheriff Howard is also announcing the 2019 Winter Schedule list of car seat inspection dates and locations. 

        All events are scheduled from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
