Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputy Lysy arrested Devin Clark for drug-related charges following a traffic stop on Rice Road in Boston Monday morning.

At 9:09 A.M., the Deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Clark, 30 of Freedom, for speeding on Route 219.  During his investigation, the Deputy discovered the operator’s license has four active suspensions for failing to answer summonses and was subsequently arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation.

Following the arrest, deputies inventoried the vehicle and discovered a plastic bag in the center console containing cocaine. Clark was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.  The defendant was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and was later released on his own recognizance following his arraignment in Boston Town Court.
