Three Arrested For Trespassing In County Park, One Had Crack Cocaine

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies arrested three individuals following a premise check at Bailey Peninsula Natural Habitat Park Tuesday, July 9 just before 1:00 a.m.

 

Deputies were conducting a premise check of the county park in Buffalo when they observed three individuals in the area after hours.  The Deputies’ investigation discovered that 35-year-old Chad Foss of Alden was in possession of crack, and 47-year-old Keary Keane of Lackawanna had an outstanding warrant from the City of Lackawanna.

 

Foss was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance and a violation for trespassing.  Foss was released with appearance tickets. 

 

Keane is charged with trespassing and turned over to Lackawanna Police for the warrant.

 

The third individual, 33-year-old Corinne Wolfson of Buffalo, is charged with trespassing and was released with appearance tickets.
