Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports his office received an anonymous tip about an under-aged party where alcohol was served.

When Deputies arrived at a Heather Road address in the Town of Clarence, Deputies observed youths running away from the house and could hear loud noises coming from inside the structure.

When Deputies entered the dwelling, they observed approximately eighty teens in the basement and many exited through an external door.  Approximately thirty guests were detained and later released to the custody of their parents.

Deputies charged one minor with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person under 21 and the individual was released to a parent.
