Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Christopher McCall, 56 of Clarence, was arrested for operating a vehicle with a revoked license and operating a vehicle without a court mandated interlock device Wednesday evening.

Deputies were dispatched to a parking lot on Main Street in the Town of Clarence to investigate a crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer.  During the investigation, Deputies discovered that McCall’s driver’s license was revoked and subsequently charged him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, speeding, operating a vehicle without an interlock device and operating an unregistered vehicle.

McCall and his dog were offered a courtesy ride to a local veterinary hospital so that his dog could be evaluated for any injury, and it is believed the dog will be fine.
