May 23, 2013 - City of Buffalo, NY - Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard is flanked be Deputy Tim Dusza(l) and Sergeant Rick Lauricella of the Sheriff's Marine Unit as they gear up for the upcoming boating season. Our Marine Unit will be extra vigilant this weekend as we specifically patrol the Black Rock Channel to help ensure the safety of the runners in this Sunday's Buffalo marathon.
