Erie County Sheriff Timothy B Howard reports the arrest of a Springville resident on DWI and other charges after a one car personal injury crash in Concord on Friday night.
While on patrol in Concord at approximately 9:30PM, Deputy Eric Szkatulski responded to the call of a one car crash on Cattaraugus Road in the Town of Concord. After investigating the crash, Deputy Szkatulski arrested the driver, Paul J. Kreutzer (54), and charged him with DWI and Failure to Maintain the Road. Kreutzer was transported by ambulance to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville with non – life threatening injuries, where a blood sample was secured to determine his blood alcohol content. He was processed and released at the hospital on appearance tickets for Concord Court.
This was the 102st arrest for DWI by Sheriff’s Road Patrols in 2014.
