Town of Concord- December 13, 2011- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Springville resident for Felony Driving While Intoxicated by Sheriff’s Road Patrols on Tuesday night.
While on patrol in the Town of Concord, Deputy Jason Bouton of the Colden Substation arrested Nathan J. Richard (28) and charged him with Felony DWI and traffic infractions after stopping his vehicle for Speeding on Genesee Road. A breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .19%, over twice the legal limit. The felony charge was filed due to a conviction for DWI from Colden in 2010. He was processed at the Springville Substation and released on appearance tickets for Concord Court.
