TOWN OF CONCORD HANDY MAN ACCUSED OF STEALING FROM HOMES WHERE HE DID ODD JOBS
Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard is announcing the recent arrest of a 22 year old Town of Concord man on Grand Larceny charges (3rd degree felony) and burglary (2nd degree felony) in connection with the thefts of jewelry and silverware from two Town of Concord homes where the suspect performed odd jobs earlier in the year.
Tyler D. Twichell of Ridge Trail Street, Concord, was arrested without incident yesterday when he admitted to Erie County Sheriff’s Detectives Greg McCarthy and Jack Graham that he stole the property, valued at more than $3,000.00 from the two homes (on Woodstock Street & and Ridge Trail) where he worked in the spring and fall.
Twichell was arraigned on the charges and is due back in court on Monday, November 5, 2012 @ 5:00 P.M.
The case still remains under investigation and the Erie County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who feels they may be a victim or if they have any information on the case- to call them @ 667-5224.
