TOWN OF CONCORD MAN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH ROBBERY @ SPRINGVILLE PHARMACY

Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard is announcing the arrest of a Concord, NY man in connection with the robbery of the Springbrook Pharmacy on W. Main Street in Springville last summer- (7/25/12).

30 year old John C. Pasinski III was arrested late last week without incident at his home on Middle Road, by Detectives Greg McCarthy, Jack Graham and Matt Noecker after a lengthy investigation by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau. 

Pasinski was charged with robbery in the third degree (D) felony- and petit larceny for his role in entering the pharmacy wearing a mask, claiming he had a gun, and demanding the pharmacist hand over whatever boxes of Fentanyl patches were stored in the pharmacy.  The pharmacist complied and handed over approximately $328.00 worth of the patches.

Pasinski was arraigned in the Village of Springville Court; bail was set at $25,000.00; and he was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center.
