Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Concord man for DWI and other charges by Sheriff’s Road Patrols in West Seneca on Wednesday night.
While on patrol in West Seneca at approximately 1:38AM, Deputy John Szczepanski arrested Christopher J. Masterson (37) and charged him with DWI, Speeding, Failure to Keep Right, Unsafe Turn, and Driving with an Open Alcoholic Beverage after stopping his vehicle on Transit Road. A breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .16%, twice the legal limit. He was processed at the Elma Station and released on appearance tickets for West Seneca Court.
This was the 121st DWI arrest made by Sheriff’s Road Patrols in 2013.
