SUBJECT:  2 DWI’s

Following a traffic stop on Main St in Clarence, Deputy Brandon Stott arrested Racheal R. Warters (29) of Buffalo for Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.  Following her stop she failed several Standard Field Sobriety Tests and was then taken to the Sheriff’s Clarence Substation and processed for arrest.  Chemical test of her breath revealed her Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) to be .19%.  The charge is a felony because of a previous DWI conviction and a DWI is aggravated whenever the result is .18% or above

Roberts near the intersection of Route 39 and Olean Road.  After failing roadside field sobriety tests the 56 year old Delavan resident was taken to the Sheriff’s Springville substation and processed for arrest.  Chemical test of is breath determined his BAC to be .18%.  This resulted in a charge of Aggravated DWI.
