Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of two area drivers for DWI by Sheriff’s Road Patrols late Saturday night.

While on patrol in Newstead, Deputies Simon Biegasiewicz and Daniel Klemp came across a vehicle in the ditch on Main Road.  After investigating the incident the deputies arrested Keith A. Dablewski, (41) and charged him with DWI.  He was processed at the Clarence Station on Goodrich Road and released on appearance tickets.

While on patrol in the Main and Transit area of Clarence, Deputy Lee Richard arrested Amos W. Marvel (38) for DWI.  He was also processed at the Clarence Station and released on appearance tickets.

Both drivers refused to provide a breath sample.  As per New York State Vehicle and Traffic law, the Department of Motor Vehicles will be notified to initiate revocation of the drivers’ licenses.
