Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of two Niagara Falls men for Felony Drug Possession by Sheriff’s Road Patrols Sunday night.
While on patrol on Main Street in Clarence on Sunday night, Deputy Lee Richard stopped a vehicle going westbound for driving without any tail lights. While interviewing the driver, the Deputy noticed a strong smell of marihuana emanating from the vehicle. After investigation, the Deputy subsequently arrested the two occupants: Derrick L. Morgan (23) and Jamelle W. Siplin (24) and charged them both with Marihuana Possession and 4th Degree Narcotics Possession (C Felony weight crack cocaine was found in the vehicle). Both men were processed at the Clarence Station and transported to the Holding Center to await arraignment.
