Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently announced “Vax Visits” a new program available to eligible Erie County residents wishing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

When you sign up for a “Vax Visit,” a team will be sent to your home to vaccinate you and any eligible member of your household—free of charge.

Pfizer, Moderna and a limited supply of Johnson & Johnson vaccinations are provided by home nursing agencies or Erie County Department of Health staff.

To schedule an appointment, call the Erie County Department of Health at (716) 858-2929.

Legislator Todaro said, “I am really proud of this program. Here in Erie County we are making sure every single resident who is eligible and willing has access to a COVID-19 vaccination. I encourage anyone and everyone to take advantage of ‘Vax Visits’ and sign up. The light at the end of the COVID-19 tunnel is getting brighter and brighter.”
