This meeting will be held in Executive Session regarding personnel/employment matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation.

The results below are for the Village of Akron election held today, March 16, 2021.

E. Peter Forrestel II - received 37 votes (Elected)

Darrin L. Folger - received 37 votes (Elected)

Both ran unopposed.

The elected candidates will officially take office on Monday April 5, 2021.

Reminder that the Village of Akron Elections are scheduled for March 16, 2021 from Noon - 9:00 pm in the lower level of the Village Hall.  Trustees E. Peter Forrestel and Darrin L. Folger are running for re-election.

Mayor Patterson extended the State of Emergency for the Village of Akron until April 7, 2021 due to the Corornavirus Pandemic.
