Auto Bureau

ATTENTION MOTORISTS:

In our effort to begin the process of re-opening the Erie County Auto Bureau to the public
ALL in-person transactions now require an appointment using the Make A Reservation button below.

Please note booking an appointment does not always eliminate a wait time, but it is greatly reduced.

At the Erie County Auto Bureau, our primary goal is to provide you, our customers, with the finest service possible.

In order for you to have the best experience at one of our Auto Bureaus, it is very important you are READY with all your documentation and forms before you come in. So that we can assist as many customers only three (3) transactions can be conducted per appointment.

Please use the DMV Document guide to help you GET READY and to make a RESERVATION at one of our offices and to RENEW locally to keep your hard-working tax dollars in your WNY community.
