Erie County Clerk Michael P. Kearns will participate in the Annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Service at the West Seneca Community Center. The Erie County Clerk will recognize West Seneca Purple Heart Medal recipients with a special presentation. The County Clerk staff will be on hand to enroll ANY Erie County Veterans in the "Thank A Vet" discount program and offer Purple Heart Recipients applications for recognition in the County's Clerk's William J. Donovan Book of Merit.
