Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 62 year old Dr. Mian Majeed, a physician, of 13 Viscount Drive, Amherst, plead guilty yesterday before Amherst Town Justice Geoffrey Klein to one count of Failure to File an Income Tax Return, in violation of Tax Law Section 1801(a) for failing to file his personal income tax returns from 2004 through 2009.  Prior to entering his plea, Majeed paid full restitution in the amount of $34,884 to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.  He was sentenced to a conditional discharge.
