Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 36 year old Antwan Lindsay of 37 Bridgeman Street, Buffalo, pleaded guilty, as charged, to four counts of Robbery in the Third Degree and three counts of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree this morning before Supreme Court Justice John L. Michalski.  These are the highest charges for which Lindsay could have been convicted had he gone to trial.

Lindsay admitted he stole a total of $20,000 from various banks on different dates.  Lindsay robbed HSBC Bank, 529 Elmwood, Buffalo on November 30, 2010; on both December 17, 2010 and January 3, 2011 Lindsay robbed M&T Bank , 3500 Main St, Amherst; and on February 11, 2011 Lindsay robbed Citizens Bank, 1893 Elmwood, Buffalo.

Lindsay faces a maximum prison sentence of 14 to 28 years when he is sentence on September 20, 2012 before Justice Michalski.
