Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 24 year old Antoinette Freeman of 576 Wyoming, Buffalo; 22 year old Porche Allen of 85 Mendola, Buffalo and 21 year old Darian Allen, Jr. of 85 Mendola, Buffalo,  pleaded, as charged, to Robbery in the Second Degree today before County Court Judge Kenneth F. Case. This is the highest charge for which they could have been convicted had they gone to trial. 

Freeman, Allen and Allen, Jr. admitted that on June 8, 2012 they robbed the Bank of America at 600 Dick Road, Cheektowaga at gunpoint.  Cheektowaga Police responded and followed the GPS tracking device contained in the bank’s money to Freeman’s residence.            

Freeman, Allen and Allen, Jr. all face a maximum prison sentence of 3-1/2 to 15 years when they are sentenced on January 3, 2012 before Judge Case.
