Buffalo Man Arraigned on Charges Relating to Three Residential Burglaries

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 33 year old Bryan Colon of 200 Niagara Street, Buffalo, was arraigned this morning before County Court Judge Sheila A. DiTullio on an indictment charging him with three counts of Burglary in the Second Degree. 

It is alleged that between August 31, 2012 and September 23, 2012, Colon committed three residential burglaries, one in each of the towns of Newstead, Elma and Grand Island. 

If convicted of these crimes Colon faces a maximum prison sentence of 45 years.
