Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 19 year old Richard J. Booze, Jr. of 400 Guilford Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 2:00 this afternoon before Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia on an indictment charging him with one count of Robbery in the First Degree and Burglary in the Second Degree. 

It is alleged on August 12, 2012, after being ejected from Dee Toe’s Bar, 862 Genesee Street, Buffalo, Booze forced his way back into the bar with a gun and stole money and liquor.  Booze is currently in custody, pending trial, before Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia on three counts of Assault in the Second Degree stemming from a Christmas Eve 2011 incident where he allegedly struck three people with his car in the Augsburger Parking Ramp. 

If convicted of all counts as charged, Booze faces a maximum prison sentence of 32 years.
