District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announces that 26 year-old Eric Dragone of 59 Moreland Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned before Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia on an indictment charging him with the two counts of Murder in the Second Degree. 

It is alleged that on June 13, 2015, outside of Rooftops Bar, 84 Reiman Street, Buffalo, Dragone fatally struck 44 year-old Jason Hiscutt of 415 Benzinger Street, Buffalo, with his vehicle. 

If convicted of this crime, Dragone faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years-to-life in state prison. 

Like all defendants accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
