Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 21 year-old Darshawn Morris, a/k/a “Slink” of 160 Hagen Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned this morning before Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree, Rape in the Second Degree and Criminal Sexual Act in the Second Degree. 

It is alleged that on September 1, 2013 at160 Hagen Street, Buffalo, Moore murdered 13 year-old Lanasha Rollerson of 59 Proctor, Buffalo, by stabbing her.  It is further alleged that Morris raped the 13 year old prior to her death.

If convicted of these crimes Morris faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.  Like all defendants accused of a crime, Morris is legally presumed to be innocent until his guilt is proven in a court of law.
