Buffalo Man Indicted on Murder and Attempted Murder Charges

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced today that an Erie County Grand Jury has indicted 21 year old Laquann Morgan a/k/a “Q”, a/k/a “GQ” of 209 Comstock Avenue, Buffalo for Murder in the Second Degree, Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on January 8, 2012 Morgan shot two males in a parked car at the corner of Dodge and Wohlers in Buffalo.  Adrian Huggins, 25 years old, was shot multiple times in the head and body and later died on January 19, 2012.  The driver of the vehicle was shot twice and survived. 

Special credit is given to Buffalo Police Detectives Salvatore Valvo and James Lema.

If convicted of these crimes Morgan faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
