ERIE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY FRANK A. SEDITA, III ANNOUNCED THAT 49 YEAR OLD JONATHAN LEWICKI OF 2302 SOUTH PARK AVENUE, BUFFALO, PLEADED GUILTY THIS MORNING BEFORE SUPREME COURT JUSTICE CHRISTOPHER BURNS TO MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE, AS CHARGED. THIS IS THE HIGHEST CHARGE FOR WHICH LEWICKI COULD HAVE BEEN CONVICTED.

LEWICKI ADMITTED THAT ON JULY 10, 2011, AT 208 LAURELTON, WEST SENECA, HE MURDERED 79 YEAR OLD CONRAD PINKER BY STABBING HIM.

LEWICKI FACES A MAXIMUM PRISON SENTENCE OF 18 YEARS TO LIFE WHEN HE IS SENTENCED BEFORE THE HON. CHRISTOPHER BURNS ON JUNE 12, 2012.
