Robert Johnson, age 57, of 582 Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 9:30 this morning before Supreme Court Justice John L. Michalski on an indictment charging him with two counts of Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated with a Child, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Alcohol in a Vehicle and Driving on the Shoulder.   

It is alleged that on April 16, 2013, after police observed Johnson driving onto the sidewalk in the 1100 block of East Delavan Avenue in Buffalo, he was driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .22% while his 8 year old grandson was a front seat passenger in the vehicle. 

If convicted of these crimes Johnson faces a maximum prison sentence of 4     years.
