Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 18 year old Devon Scott, aka “Ghost”, of 59 Cornwall Avenue, Buffalo, was arraigned before County Court Judge Thomas P. Franczyk on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on July 1, 2012 in the vicinity of Goodyear Avenue, Buffalo, Scott murdered 30 year old Darrell Anderson of 357 Walden Avenue, Buffalo, by shooting him. 

If convicted of these crimes Scott faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
