Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 54 year old North Collins Highway Superintendent, David Winter of 11309 Sisson Highway, North Collins, pleaded guilty this afternoon before Hamburg Town Justice Gerald Gorman to Disorderly Conduct, with the victim’s approval. 

Winter admitted that on September 13, 2012, he damaged the vehicle of James Stoll by pouring a noxious liquid into it.  Winter was sentenced to a Conditional Discharge by Justice Gorman on the condition that he pay $4,367.51 restitution.  An Order of Protection was also issued in favor of the victim
