Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr. announces that 19- year-old Bobby Price III of Buffalo was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison by State Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller.

In June, Price pleaded guilty to two counts of Murder in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

On November 22, 2014, Price fatally shot 19-year-old Naim Holt of Buffalo and 20-year-old Dominique Harris of Buffalo outside 261 Langfield in Buffalo. The defendant approached the victims and pulled out a handgun.  Price then ordered both victims to get on their knees and he shot each in the head.
