Gunman Pleads Guilty for Killing Victim on Floss Avenue in December 2019

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 22-year-old Tony S. Golden of Buffalo pleaded guilty yesterday afternoon before Erie County Court Judge James Bargnesi to one count of Manslaughter in the First Degree (Class “B” violent felony).  

On December 20, 2019, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the defendant intentionally shot 22-year-old Vincent Cramer with an illegal gun multiple times on Floss Avenue in the City of Buffalo. The victim died from his injuries.

Golden faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. He continues to remain held without bail.

DA Flynn commends the Detectives Mark White and Scott Malec of the Buffalo Police Homicide Squad for their work in the investigation.   

The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Eugene T. Partridge, III of the Homicide Bureau.
