Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 49 year old Jonathan Lewicki of 2302 South Park Avenue, Buffalo, was sentenced this morning before Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns to 18 years to life in state prison.

On May 15, 2012 Lewicki pleaded guilty to Murder in the Second Degree, as charged, before Justice Burns for murdering 79 year old Conrad Pinker on July 10, 2011 at 208 Laurelton, West Seneca, by stabbing him.  This is the highest charge for which Lewicki could have been convicted had he gone to trial.
