Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 20 year old Sean Guthrie of 1061 E. Lovejoy, Buffalo and 19 year old Joseph Harden of 401 North Ogden Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned this morning before Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller on an indictment charging Guthrie with four counts of Burglary in the Second Degree, two counts of Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence.   Harden was charged with four counts of Burglary in the Second Degree, one count of Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree and two counts of Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree. 

It is alleged that during the period May15, 2013 through June 19, 2013, Guthrie and Harden committed a series of daytime residential burglaries in Orchard Park, Holland, Marilla, Wales, Concord and Boston. 

If convicted of these crimes, Guthrie faces a maximum prison sentence of 72    years and Harden faces a maximum prison sentence of 75 years.
