Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 23 year old Kareem Howard of 38 Clark Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 9:30 this morning before Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller on an indictment charging him with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree and Criminal Sale of a Firearm in the Second Degree.    

It is alleged that between March 23, 2012 and June 1, 2012, Howard sold nine guns to an undercover officer during an investigation by the New York State Police and Buffalo Police Department.  

If convicted of these crimes Howard faces a maximum prison sentence of 30 years.
