The Erie County Department of Environment and Planning is currently seeking proposals from qualified non-profit organizations for the Erie County Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG). The ESG Program provides funding to rapidly re-house homeless individuals and families, and prevent families and individuals from becoming homeless.
