Proposals from engineering firms are due at the end of this week (March 2, 2018 at 4:00pm) for the “Erie County Sewer District No. 2 Flow Monitoring – Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) Quantification Report.”  The scope of this project includes the installation and maintenance of flow monitoring equipment, analysis of the flow data collected, and preparation of a report summarizing the findings of the flow monitoring such that I/I will be quantified in each basin/minisystem identified.
