Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. brussels sprouts

  • 4 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  • Preheat over to 400º degrees.
  • Place trimmed brussels sprouts, olive oil,salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal tightly and shake to cat. Pour onto a baking sheet ad place on center rack.
  • Roast for 30-45 minutes, shaking pan every 7-10 minutes for even browning. Reduce heat when necessary to prevent burning.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
