Erie County Legislator Chris Greene recently honored Tammy Kelley who has retired from the Village of Akron after 35 years of dedicated service.

Kelley has served as the Village of Akron Treasurer since 2015 where she played a vital role in the rehabilitation of the Village’s finances during her tenure. Kelley previously served as Deputy Clerk Treasurer and other various roles.

Legislator Greene said, “Thank you, Tammy, for 35 years of hard work! The Village of Akron has huge shoes to fill with your departure. You have spent countless hours dedicating your life to making the community a better place for all and especially residents of the Village of Akron.”
