ERIE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CHANGING COVID-19 INFORMATION LINE HOURS
Call Center open weekdays, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., starting Monday, Feb. 7
ERIE COUNTY, NY – The Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH) COVID-19 Information Line will adjust its hours to weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., starting Monday, February 7, 2022. This change is in response to reduced call volume over the past few weeks.
Erie County residents are welcome to call (716) 858-2929 with general COVID-19 questions, to schedule a COVID-19 test at an Erie County site, to make a COVID-19 vaccine appointment or arrange to be vaccinated at home, or for assistance with NYS Excelsior Pass issues and updates.
The ECDOH COVID-19 web site is updated regularly with testing and vaccine information: www.erie.gov/covid19 and www.erie.gov/vax.
