Public Comment Requested on 2021-2022 HEAP Program

The New York State Temporary and Disability Assistance (NYS OTDA) is conducting a public needs assessment for the 2021-2022 HEAP program. Your input can help us improve the HEAP program in the coming year.

This is your opportunity to voice your opinions on such topics as income levels, benefit amounts and program criteria.
