Due to COVID-19 and the need for physical distancing and limiting the number of persons in the Chambers of the Legislature at one time, a special protocol will be used for safety purposes.

If you would like to speak at the Legislature’s Public Hearing on the County Executive’s Proposed 2021 County Budget, you must complete the form below and press ‘submit.’ After we receive your submission, we will contact you to confirm your scheduled time to speak. Speakers will be allowed 3 minutes, and speaking slots are filled on a first-come first-served basis.

If you do not complete and submit this form, you will still be able to speak at the hearing. However, you will not be admitted to the building and permitted to speak until after all registered speakers have testified in their slots.
