Erie County Legislator Joe Lorigo joined Marilla Town Supervisor Earl Gingerich Jr., Town Highway Superintendent Ron Unverdorben, and Erie County Deputy Commissioner of Highways John Dennee to survey county roads that receive a high volume of complaints throughout the town Wednesday afternoon.

This is the first in a series of road tours Legislator Lorigo will be conducting throughout the 10th Legislative District in the coming weeks. Legislator Lorigo, Supervisor Gingerich, Highway Superintendent Unverdorben, and Deputy Commissioner of Highways John Dennee visited Four Rod Road, Liberia Road, and East Blood Road and discussed the sections in need of repair.

Legislator Lorigo said, “County taxpayers deserve safe, reliable roads and infrastructure. I often receive complaints regarding the condition of a number of roads throughout my legislative district, including the ones we recently visited in Marilla. I am glad we were able to discuss the troubled areas and plans for improvement. I hope the town and county can work together to get these roads fixed as soon as possible.”
