Erie County Legislator John Mills recently secured $30,000 in funds for the removal and replacement of deteriorating stone walls at Chestnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2022 and will not interfere with park usage in the summer of 2022.

Legislator Mills said, “I am happy to have secured the funds necessary for the removal and replacement of these crumbling stone walls. The replacement walls are a long time coming and will add to the natural beauty of Chestnut Ridge Park. I look forward to seeing the finished product.”
