April 10, 2013 - Congratulations to Deputy Simon Biegasiewicz - (middle) for his role in combating drunk driving. Deputy Biegasiewicz, a Drug Recognition Expert, was nominated by Sheriff Tim Howard for the Erie County Stop DWI award which will be presented to him at the annual breakfast next month in West Seneca.
