Male Suspect Exited the Store with over $600 worth of Books
Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male who took twenty-three books, worth over $600.00, from a Clarence Barnes and Noble store.
On February 17, at approximately 7 P.M. the store’s manager observed a short white male with dark glasses walk past all points of purchase and out into the parking lot with a shopping basket of merchandise. When confronted by store employees, the subject left in a dark green hatchback-style vehicle and traveled north on Transit Road.
Deputies secured store surveillance video and are now seeking the public’s help in identifying the individual. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 716.858.2903 and refer to CL# 19-013407
