Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the added patrols made four traffic-related arrests in the overnight hours.

Town of Elma, December 29, 9:40 p.m. – a traffic stop was initiated on Clinton Road when the Deputy observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel.  Subsequently, Amanda Day, 26 of Lancaster, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and failure to use the designated lane.  She was released on tickets.

Village of Springville, December 29, 10:20 p.m. – Deputies observed Nicole Mumm, 37 of Colden, slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle.  Mumm was charged with a felony count of unlicensed operation, felony DWI – impaired by drugs, and driving without a license.

Town of Elma, December 30, 12:20 a.m. – A Deputy initiated a traffic stop on Transit Road on a vehicle that failed to keep right.  Subsequently, the operator, Lamishae Jeter – 39 of Cheektowaga, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation, invalid insurance, operating a vehicle without insurance, no license and failing to keep right.  She was released on appearance tickets.

Town of Cheektowaga, December 30, 3:05 a.m. – Ryan Pularski, 23 of Orchard Park, was stopped by a Deputy after his vehicle was observed failing to keep right.  The Defendant was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, unlawful possession of marijuana, improper plates and operating an unregistered vehicle.  The defendant was released on appearance tickets.
