Missing Persons Alert Canceled 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Jim Morgan, Jr., was located late Tuesday at an area shelter. 

Sheriff Howard wishes to thank the public for their help in locating the missing individual.
