Sheriff Howard and other law enforcement officials meet at Byrncliff

December 17, 2012 - Varysburg, NY - Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard, along with representatives from the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Livingston County Sheriff's Office, Genesee and Wyoming County Sheriff's Office as well as the New York State Police, NYS Parks Police, NYS Forest Rangers and Department of Environmental Conservation meet to talk about snowmobile safety at Byrncliff Resort. Wednesday, December 19th, marks the first official day snowmobile trails are open across New York  State (depending on weather conditions) . New York State Snowmobile Association  Executive Director Dominic Jacangelo, says: "At the New York State Snowmobile Association, safety has always been one of our top priorities;  We constantly remind our members that safe snowmobiling requires the sharpest of senses" .
