Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently attended the ribbon cutting for a new Erie County Auto Bureau location inside of the Eastern Hills Mall. The new location will serve Erie County residents in Williamsville and the surrounding areas of Clarence, Amherst, Newstead, Alden and Lancaster.

The new location has an expanded waiting area set up to ensure proper social distancing guidelines are being followed and they are now accepting customers. All in-person transactions still require residents to make an appointment to help cut down on wait time.

Legislator Todaro said, “DMV’s are infamous for long lines and a stuffy atmosphere—but that mindset is going to be a thing of the past now that this new location is in operation. I want to thank Erie County Clerk Mickey Kearns for working so hard to make this possible for the residents in my district who, I’m certain, will take advantage of this new auto bureau.”
